Hi there, if you want to make a gif, you can use a video recoder. The screen recorder which i'm using is RecMaster and you can select the GIF video format. And if you want to make a nice ad banner, you can use some video editor such asLightworks, Shotcut, and HitFilm Express.Adding some picture filters and transition effects will make it look pretty.
