Open-ups are bank/crypto/other accounts which normally requires KYC (sending your ID, a selfie, etc...) but instead of sending your own ID, the seller creates an account and do the KYC verification with fake documents, so you get a bank account under another name than yours.

Always verify on-site via PM before dealing with me, I will never refuse to do so
