Need an experienced refunder (Ebay Motors US)

Not sure if anyone here has tried on eBay moreover ebay motors but a refund here would be clutch as hell. I have to get the parts anyways soon so getting it for close to free (your %) is better than the 3 bands I have to put up for it.
