Cashapp BTC Enabled account for large scale refunding? Which account to use?

Hello everyone, I'm wanting to refund a lot of items for resale. I was wondering what I can do to gendrainedte vcc everytime I make a order. Revolute offers this, but I need a CC to create an account. So The my thought process was to get a bitcoin enabled cashapp, ship the card to a drop to enable the card. Then link the card to revolute, and gendrainedte vcc as much as I want. I know both require ID. Anyone have a better idea? Do other payment accounts like cashapp make vcc also without having to use revolute?
