Easier way to report leechers

Sometimes when Im bored, I go hunting leechers in my forums.
My suggestion is to add a simple button to report someone as a leecher.

It's not our primary job to ban and warn leechers. We have a bot for that! @Leechometer

This will only flood reports more and delay the solving of more important reports.
